This is very easy to apply this patch. You just have to do the following things.

1. Install Latest version of IDM.


2.  Now Exit IDM from Task Bar.


3. Copy, Patch File To C:\Program Files\Internet Download Manager


4. Now Run the Patch Tool.


5. Click on Patch Button.
